Library Event for Teens Launches
HAMILTON, ON – September 20, 2018 – Hamilton Public Library and Telling Tales invite teen fans of all things literary to Central Library on Sunday September 23 from 2-4pm for the first Teen Tales.
Telling Tales is a Canadian, not-for-profit organization committed to inspiring a love of reading and raising awareness of the importance of literacy in communities.
Authors and poets such as Melanie Florence, Richard Scrimger, Heather Smith, Vicki VanSickle (a Red Maple Winner) and Hamilton Youth Poets converge at Central to talk about creative writing in a variety of workshops. There’s also a book swap to find your next read.
Admission is free. The event schedule is available online.
